Gift – giving and sharing came in early preparation for this year as the Project Angel Tree will be launched on September 03, 2011 at 5:00P.M. at the Rizal Park, Iligan City. Join us as we welcome on this season love and sharing as the “-ber” months starts and witness the launching of the Angel Tree Project.
The Angel Tree Project is initiated by the Department of Labor and Employment in coordination with the Local Government Unit of Iligan City through Mayor Lawrence Ll. Cruz, and the Committee on Civil, Political, Human Rights & Responsibilities of City Councilor Marlene Young, with Vice Mayor Henry C., Dy, Councilor Rudy Marzo, and Councilor Providencio A. Abragan Jr., SP Councilors and in partnership with the Congressman of the Lone District of Iligan Rep. Congressman Vicente “Varf” Belmonte and Madame Rosanna Belmonte and other “Angel” benefactors.
As an “Angel” benefactor, the organizers will be very happy and grateful if you bring your initial gifts for the benefeciaries and your club/company streamer indicating your support for Project Angel Tree. Please wear something WHITE! See you there!
