IBS, Inc Announces Winners of Iligan Blogging Contest 2012

Iligan City, Philippines, September 1, 2012—Iligan Bloggers Society, Inc. (IBS, Inc.) is pleased to announce the winners of the Iligan Blogging Contest 2012 for a total of PHP 28,000 prize money, courtesy of City Government of Iligan through the City Tourism Office.
The blogging contest, which was launched on June 16, 2012, officially closed on August 15 with a total of 34 qualified entries from bloggers throughout the Philippines and even from as far as USA and UAE.
After careful deliberation from our expert panel of judges including Ms. Agnes Clerigo-Maingat, City Tourism Operations Officer; Mr. Bobby Timonera, a true-blue Iliganon and Mindanaoan professional photojournalist; and Mr. Robert Schappert (aka BobNY), an American who is an honorary member of IBS, Inc, and counting the ‘likes’ on the IBS fan page, the following blog entries have been chosen as the top winners in the Iligan Blogging Contest 2012:
