Hi Gabriel!

True! Everyone felt that when the Board of Trustee had to decide.. Unfortunately though, the published, and standing contest rules only applied for 1000 words.. Still, all the best Gabe!

Happy blogging, and hope we still get read more of you the wordsmith in you!

Congratulations to the winners of this contest. I would agree that 1000 words makes it a difficult task to describe all of the wonderful things Iligan has to offer visitors from anywhere on the planet. I think the 1000 word limit was part of the challenge of the contest.

Some blogs covered certain aspects of Iligan in great detail while others offered a limited description of a variety of things that can be found in and around Iligan.

I think it might be a good idea to make all of the potential winning blogs available from a special section on this website and possibly others so they could be read by potential visitors in the future. Make all of them easily available and it would be one big Iligan Tourist Blog with each individual blog being a chapter as in a book.
