It is considered the Holy Grail for most waterfallers. Aside from Limunsudan Falls, WAT 3.0 will also showcase several of Iligan City’s majestic waterfalls, including Tinago Falls, Dodiongan Falls, Mimbalut Falls, and the much storied and legendary, Ma. Cristina Falls.

Registration fee is P2,000. The registration fee is inclusive of accommodation and meals, and transportation from hotel to featured waterfalls.  Participants are expected to shoulder their travel expenses to and from Iligan City.

2012 Blogging 101 Seminar

The emergence of blogs shows that people are more comfortable with self expression that extends themselves to the digital communities. Blogging has evolved from “online diary”, and has now become versatile as each blogger is distinguished with the kind of niche and the type of writing he does through his blog. Blogging has established itself in the online communities as means of gateway for information, how – to guides, entertainment, and/or a weblog to share one’s experience to his friends and families despite distance.

Iligan Bloggers Society, Inc. will be holding this years Blogging 101 Seminar for newbie bloggers and interested people in town. The topics will include: The Basics of Blogging, Bloggers Etiquette, Blog Niche, Elements of a Good Blog, and Bloggers Must Have. This years Blogging 101 Seminar will be different from last years as the topics to be discussed by the speakers will not only tackle the basics of blog set – up, but as well as how the bloggers should carry themselves in social functions and in the use of the new media. “We (IBS, Inc.) are one year older now and the event is part of our whole month celebration for the Iligan Bloggers Month 2012! The bloggers behind IBS, Inc. are willing and excited to impart to interested individuals the knowledge they have on their craft“, shares Alexander Singcol Jr., the project manager for this years Blogging 101 Seminar.

The event is co- presented by Sun Cellular Telecommunications with the widest area coverage in Mindanao, Third Team Media the digital team for your business, Diocese of Iligan for their generous support to IBS, Inc., and the bloggers behind PinayMommyOnline.com, PinayTravels.comTravelJams.com, ChooseIligan.com, Wowiligan.blogspot.com, PurpleSlipperz.com,  RN-CN-AdventuresinLife.blogspot.com, and PinayTravelista.com.

Blogging 101 Seminar will delve on the elements that bloggers need for solid foundations on their blog. And since, blogging is a individual thing, and solely relies on the bloggers personality and ideas, a nudge, and slight push towards a direction can spark and ignite these to bring out inspiration for quality blogs.

Expect a day full of learning, fun, and surprises with the introduction of blogging basics!
